... and Paul the octopus has done it yet again! wonder will he be correct for tonight...
Veronica - At least my wife says they did when she grew up in Liverpool. I was luckier.
I'll catch up on the Secrets as well.
I am looking forward to a top-quality game, but will they just cancel each other out in a strategic kind of match? I think it just needs an early goal so they cannot just sit back and defend for the rest of the game, which means we'll have a wonderful game of attacking football!
BTW - Another thing about the heat, we don't have air-con, so this study is now 31C! One must not get too excited about anything or have a hot drink for instance.
Well! Paul the octopus was correct. I sat up watching Le Tour and has a bit of sleep before the alarm went off for the final. The frog got sent to watch and I arrived in front of the TV just in time to see the goal! Then of course, I had to go to work. There were a few sleepyheads today in the office!
Re the heat - that is the hardest thing; trying to enjoy a coffee on the terrace after work when the temp and humidity are both high ... now is nice!
